Several orphaned big brown bat pups, summer 2013. They range in age from 1 to 7 days old.

***Eastern small footed bat (Myotis leibii) juvenile. First eastern small footed bat rehabilitated in the state of CT and first "in hand" since the early 1900s. Raised and released by Linda Bowen and Maureen Heidtmann.

***Northern long eared, Myotis septentrionalis (Federally and CT State Endangered Species) juvenile ready for release in September, 2019. Raised by Linda Bowen and Maureen Heidtmann. This was the first time in 10 years that CT has had confirmation of NLE bats breeding in CT.
